To view the progress of your order, visit the "My Orders" page under the "My Account" dropdown. Next to the order number you will see the status of your order.

Preparing to Print: Your order is being reviewed. We are in the process of preparing to send it to print. Your order may be cancelled during this phase.
In Print: Your order has been sent to print. Your order cannot be cancelled at this point.
Order Mailed: Your order has been mailed. Please refer to the turnaround time question for details about how long mailing will take.
Hold - List: There is an issue with the mailing list of your order. Please check your email for communication from our team to resolve this issue.
Hold - Artwork: There is an issue with the artwork of your order. Please check your email for communication from our team to resolve this issue.
Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled
You will receive a copy of your postcard to your shipping address!
In order to estimate delivery time, you must add the production time, mailing time and shipping time. These are separate processes.

If you realize after placing your order that there was an error with your proof or uploaded files, please call us at (210) 496-6352 AND email us at clientcare@reachingneighbors.com to let us know. TIMING IS CRITICAL! We will stop the order if we have not already processed.
If you should receive a product that you are not satisfied with you can create an order issue by following these directions:
Email us at clientcare@reachingneighbors.com with the order number and a description of your issue. Please include photos and any information that will help us understand.
Our client care team will research and contact you within 24 hours of receipt of your message. This will give us time to pull all pertinent information and respond.
We will contact you via email and work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
We will send a copy of your mail piece to the shipping address in your profile.
It takes 3 business days for Reaching Neighbors to process, print and address your order before we drop it into the postal system.
Bulk Postage: Sending mail with bulk postage will usually be delivered within 5-10 working days. This option is often preferred for materials that are not time sensitive.
First Class Postage: Sending mail with First Class postage will usually be delivered within 3-7 working days. This option is preferred for time-sensitive materials.
When you receive a copy at your doorstep! With every Reaching Neighbors order we include an extra copy at no additional cost to you, and send it right to your door.

In the context of printing and graphic design, the terms "bleed line," "trim line," and "safe zone" refer to different areas of a document or artwork that serve specific purposes during the printing process. Understanding these concepts is crucial for achieving professional-looking printed materials. Here's what each term means and how they differ:

When you upload your graphic file, it will open in our design studio where you can see the bleed line. Another option is to download our product templates as a guide when building your files.
The bleed line refers to the area just beyond the trim line where the artwork or background color extends to ensure a seamless edge after trimming. Bleeds are necessary because it is difficult to cut exactly on the trim line. By extending the design or color beyond the intended final size, you prevent unprinted edges due to slight misalignments in cutting. The standard bleed size is usually 1/8 inch (0.125") beyond the trim line, but it can vary based on the printer's requirements.

A low-resolution image refers to an image that has fewer pixels per unit of space compared to high-resolution images. Resolution is often measured in DPI (dots per inch) for printed materials or PPI (pixels per inch) for digital screens.
The term "low resolution" typically implies that the image contains less detail, which can result in a less sharp, more pixelated or blurry appearance, especially when viewed up close or enlarged.
For best results, your image resolution should be 300-350 dpi.
Pixelation refers to a visual effect where the individual pixels that make up a digital image become visible to the viewer. This effect often occurs when a low-resolution image is enlarged beyond its original size, or when an image is viewed at a very close distance, making the grid of colored squares (pixels) that normally blend together to form a smooth image become noticeable. Pixelation can lead to a loss of detail and clarity, making the image appear blocky or jagged.
A few options:
Original Source: If you have access to the original source of the image, check if a higher-resolution version is available. For photographs, the original camera files (like RAW images) often have the highest resolution.
Stock Photo Websites: Websites like Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, or Unsplash offer high-resolution images that can be downloaded legally. These platforms have vast libraries of images in various resolutions.
Request from the Creator: If the image is from an artist, photographer, or organization, you can reach out to them directly to request a higher-resolution version. With the creator's permission you can use it.
Reaching Neighbors does not match color on proofs approved by you. The proof you see on your screen will show your layout, design, the text, image proportion and placement, but we are not able to match the exact color you see on your screen.
300 dpi (dots per inch) is the resolution of the output PDF file.
We have two options:
You can purchase a targeted list using our Mail List Tool. You can upload your own mail list in one of these formats: Excel, .csv, .txt.
Ideally, you will supply your mail list in Excel format (.xls or .xlsx) with the following columns: Name, Address, City, State and Zip Code.
Other acceptable mail list formats include: .txt and .csv.
Take care in reviewing your mail list for duplicates and similarities along with protected, confidential or internal information you do not wish to see printed.
